"I am so grateful for the service they provided, they were on time, thorough and completely professional. I had a warranty on a refrigerator with Lowe's that has a contract with A&E Factory service. A&E came out twice and couldn't fix the problem, in fact the reason it wasn't working the second trip out was because the A&E tech forgot to re-attach a wire he had pulled off. I will definitely have Thistle Appliance work on my appliances in the future."
